In our work together, you'll learn to explore your emotions, thoughts, and body sensations with openness and curiosity. We’ll build a secure therapeutic relationship and face your challenges as a team. While diagnoses can be helpful tools, I take a non-pathologizing approach—treating you as a whole person, not a set of symptoms.

Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck and create a treatment plan that reflects your priorities. I draw from a range of modalities that all center around the belief that healing happens through feeling—we learn how to understand and respond to your emotions to accomplish real change you can see outside of the therapy office.

A walking path in Central Park during that symbolizes a path toward action-oriented change supported by a compassionate therapist drawing on evidence-based practices.
