Female therapist in New York City who meets clients with compassion and gentle assertiveness to promote tangible change.

About Victoria

I blend warmth and understanding with active engagement and direction. Clients often describe me as compassionate and direct.

I value authenticity and create space for transformative connection. I am not someone who merely listens and nods along: this is a space to be supported and stretched. We'll explore your emotions with care while working to rescript the patterns that keep you stuck so you can make meaningful change.

I show up as a therapist as I do in my personal life—with intellectual curiosity, emotional attunement, and intentionality. Each step of the process is grounded in care, insight, and evidence-based practice. I bring full presence and effort to our work, and I invite the same from my clients. Together, we walk each step toward change as a team.

Away from the office, you can find me spending time with my family, exploring the city with my dog Russell, testing new recipes, and hosting my monthly book club.
