Meet Victoria

I bring warmth, curiosity, and active direction to therapy, creating a space that is both supportive and gently challenging. Clients describe me as compassionate yet direct, and our work goes beyond talking — we process emotions, rewire thought and behavioral patterns, and create meaningful change.

I walk alongside my clients every step of the way, grounded in evidence-based practice, genuine care, and the same intentionality I bring to all aspects of my life.

Change Rooted in Connection

  • Instead of asking you to override your reactions with logic, we change how your body and nervous system respond to old triggers. This is change from the inside out. When your body feels safer, your thoughts and behaviors shift on their own. The goal isn’t to react differently—it’s to feel differently when old triggers show up.

  • Our connection is essential to change. Research shows the therapeutic alliance accounts for most of the change from therapy. We will use our relationship to help you feel safe, better understand how you relate to others, and rewire attachment patterns so you can create the relationships you want.

  • Growth comes from having new, corrective emotional experiences within therapy, not just from talking about the past. In each session, we engage in safe emotional regulation and processing using experiential methods that involve your mind, emotions, and body.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers space to slow down, understand, and respond to what’s happening beneath the surface. Whether you are feeling anxious, longing to build healthier relationships, or change longstanding patterns, we’ll work to respond to life’s challenges with greater self-compassion, clarity, and strength.

Couples Therapy

Many couples find themselves caught in a negative cycle that leads to conflict, disconnection, and loneliness. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helps partners at any stage of their relationship strengthen communication, restore intimacy, and repair injuries.

EMDR Therapy

When present-day situations evoke intense reactions that feel disproportionate or hard to control, it may signal unresolved trauma. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a highly effective treatment for trauma and anxiety, supporting increased emotional regulation, resilience, and a greater sense of internal safety.
