Instead of asking you to override your reactions with logic, we change how your body and nervous system respond to old triggers. This is change from the inside out. When your body feels safer, your thoughts and behaviors shift on their own. The goal isn’t to react differently—it’s to feel differently when old triggers show up.

Our connection is essential to change. Research shows the therapeutic alliance accounts for most of the change from therapy. We will use our relationship to help you feel safe, better understand how you relate to others, and rewire attachment patterns so you can create the relationships you want.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers space to slow down, understand, and respond to what’s happening beneath the surface. Whether you are feeling anxious, longing to build healthier relationships, or change longstanding patterns, we’ll work to respond to life’s challenges with greater self-compassion, clarity, and strength.
Couples Therapy
Many couples find themselves caught in a negative cycle that leads to conflict, disconnection, and loneliness. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helps partners at any stage of their relationship strengthen communication, restore intimacy, and repair injuries.
EMDR Therapy
When present-day situations evoke intense reactions that feel disproportionate or hard to control, it may signal unresolved trauma. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a highly effective treatment for trauma and anxiety, supporting increased emotional regulation, resilience, and a greater sense of internal safety.
