I’m an individual, couples and family therapist with a warm yet directive style. I show up with care and compassion—and I also gently challenge my clients, because I believe in their capacity to grow. My approach is attachment-based and trauma-informed, and I work collaboratively with each client to create a path toward meaningful and lasting relief.
